I’m an 81 year old. Married woman… Principal caretaker for my husband who is dealing with Parkinson’s disease and various other medical issues. I find that I’m increasingly anxious about completing tasks in my daily life. I don’t have more issues to deal with… I’m just less and less able to get things done without feeling overwhelmed.
