What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
In the next year I would like to break unproductive habits and meet personal goals, such as boosting my confidence in trying new things and putting more time into things I am passionate about but can't seem to find the motivation for.
Tell us about yourself.
I am a 28-year-old special education teacher working with a particular student population, and I love it. In the past, I have enjoyed all things outdoors and adventurous, particularly things I can do with my dogs. I always pictured my future including outdoor adventures and maybe some kind of travel but have had a hard time planning or feeling confident enough to work toward this goal. In the past I have run races and climbed mountains with one of my dogs, but since I have gotten in a rut of unproductive routines at home over the past few years, I haven't gotten my motivation back to continue trying new/difficult things that I used to love.
