What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

Over the next year, I want to create a strong inner foundation — spiritually, mentally, and emotionally — so I can start transitioning out of misaligned work and move toward a life and career that truly reflect who I am.

Specifically, I want to:
- Deepen and stabilize my spiritual practice so it becomes the center of my life, not an afterthought.
- Untangle the pressures, fears, and old identities that keep me stuck in a career path that no longer fits.
- Develop realistic, spiritually-aligned steps for eventually exiting my current job — without compromising my family’s security.
- Cultivate the kind of clarity and self-trust that lets me move forward with confidence, knowing I’m on the right track for both my soul and my family.

Tell us about yourself.

I’m 34 years old, married, with a young son. Professionally, I work as a transportation engineering, but over the past years I’ve also been developing skills in finance as a trader and portfolio manager. While I’m grateful for what my work has provided, I’m increasingly feeling that it’s out of alignment with who I am becoming. I’m currently experiencing significant burnout and questioning the long-term fit of my career. Spiritually, I’ve been drawn to meditation for years, though I’ve struggled to maintain a consistent practice. I know this is central to my life’s direction. At this stage, I’m seeking guidance to help me build an inner foundation rooted in spiritual depth, navigate the transition out of my current career with integrity and security for my family, and slowly step into a life that feels more authentic and purpose-aligned. Ultimately, I’m looking for someone who can support both the practical aspects of life transition and the deeper inner work that I know must come first.
