Would like to assess my current career market value. Use that information to strategize for the future, transitioning from where I am to where I’d like to be. Identifying actions that will help get me there.
Tell us about yourself.
Looking to make a lateral career transition. I have always working for myself, difficulty navigating the job market and where I fit. I started a painting company in 2010, grew it into a light commercial contracting company. Managed 40 employees, doing about one million in sales. Specialized in Exterior Painting, Restoration, and Renovation of Older Homes in Buffalo, NY. In 2020, unfortunately the business became financially unstable for a couple different reasons. I was forced to shut down, resulting in bankruptcy, lawsuits, and all that comes with that. Currently, I am finally in a position to start searching for whats next. I would like to use my education, skills, and experience thus far to find a “new career.” I have tried on my own for long enough. I need help pushing the envelope and finding something great.
