What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

I became a President/CEO of a $13M theme park business a month ago, essentially by accident, and now I'm stuck with the stress and hours of the title without the pay. My background is in accounting and finance (I was the fractional CFO of this business for many years) but after the President and Vice President quit I was the only one left. I've stepped into the role and my VP/General Manager is still on the job, but I can tell he's feeling the stress too. The management team quit to try to win the business away from us, and it looks like they may succeed, especially if my boss, the owner of the business, insists on lowballing his offer in the face of the RFP to keep the business past the end of next year. I'm thinking a quick transition out of this job following the RFP, win or lose, may be the best fit for my future.

Tell us about yourself.

I started my career in tax accounting, but have branched out into fractional CFO work, finance, and investment advisory services. I work in a family office so in addition to still doing some tax I do many different financial related services for the family, and recently because President and CEO of this theme park. I'm seeking to leverage this experience to land a job with more stability and room for growth.
