Hi there — I’m currently at a professional crossroads and looking for guidance. I’ve built a successful career in multi family, with a focus on PropTech and have recently taken on more leadership responsibilities. On paper, things look great: I’m respected at work, known for delivering results, and trusted to lead important initiatives. But behind the scenes, I’ve been feeling stuck. I’m at a point where I want to take control of the next chapter of my career, but I keep getting in my own head — especially when it comes to big personal or professional decisions. A lot of that stems from financial pressure. I’m a parent, and while I’m proud of what I’ve built, I feel limited by my current financial reality. It’s hard to separate fear from logic, and I often feel like I’m choosing the “safe” option instead of the one that might lead to real fulfillment. I’m looking for a coach who can help me navigate this space — to get clearer on what I really want, move past fear-based decision-making, and feel more confident stepping into what’s next.
