I’m transitioning out of a 20+ year career in telecom sales and leadership, and I want clarity and a strategy for entering a more fulfilling, people-centered career — ideally in financial services, consulting, or advisory roles. I’d like help aligning my strengths, values, and experience to the right next step.

I’m a former Area Sales Manager with an MBA and deep experience in sales, leadership, training, and team development. I recently stepped away from my previous company due to a values misalignment and am actively exploring new career paths. I'm especially interested in roles related to financial planning, insurance, or consulting — and I’m open to relocating to cities like Tampa, Dallas, Austin, Phoenix. I’ve started pursuing certifications like the Series 65 and Life & Health Insurance license, and I want a coach who can help me gain clarity, build confidence, and land the right opportunity without spinning my wheels.
