What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

I have a solopreneur type professional services company I just started. I'm used to being a follower and having people around

working by myself I get distracted, get off task and am swimming in administratiion

I need an accountability type coach. someone who can be strategic and help set up tactical things to do and hold me accoutable.

i don't need a rah rah type person. I need someone to help me figure out how to get shit done

I can't sit still for an hour at the computer unless really dialed it. I can work long but require frequent breaks. I don't mind working at night either. But i'm all over the place I worked in a dead end carerr for 10 years. then helped a friend start a venture. was a good 8 year run but came to an end now i'm starting a sister company to that but it's just me right now making $0 I thought the rush and risk would motivate me but i'm finding i'm most lost and wasting time need a side person to run ideas by. Has to be someone tried and true
