Age: 40 Profession: Business operations and administration Position: MD Am currently serving as a Managing Director in a start-up subsidiary company in Tanzania. Main company in Germany. Some challenges with start-ups including lack of proper processes, procedures and policies. Different culture and situation from my previous experiences in Kenya.
