What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

In the next year, I would like to successfully transition into a new professional role by preparing thoroughly for upcoming interviews.

My goal is to improve how I present myself, structure my experience, and communicate my strengths in a way that aligns with what recruiters are looking for — especially in high-responsibility positions.

I also hope to gain greater confidence when speaking about my background and ambitions, and to approach the recruitment process with more clarity and focus.

Tell us about yourself.

I’m a professional airline pilot based in Belgium, currently flying the Boeing 737 for a major European airline. I have over 10,000 hours of flight experience and more than 17 years of operational, leadership, and crew resource management practice in the aviation industry. I’m passionate about precision, preparation, and working in high-responsibility environments. Outside of the cockpit, I’m also exploring new professional opportunities and want to sharpen how I present myself during interviews and career discussions. I’m looking for a coach to help me reflect, structure my communication, and prepare for upcoming interview challenges — especially in competitive or high-performance settings.
