Looking to navigate leadership in a family business so that the family member stay in the game and improve the interactions and ultimately success will continue with less friction.
Tell us about yourself.
I am the business leader for our family business and have experience working as an executive for a fortune 100 company before launching off our our family business, so I have a few decades of successful business experience, but I could use some perspective from someone who has successfully lead adult children as they get married and more influences affect their involvement in the family business. I am trying to minimize the conflict while maximizing the supporting environment particularly when conflicts arise.
