What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
Being more 'head on' with stakeholders and not shying away from conversations that leave value on the table. I want to move from a operational whiz to a strategic guru and communicate this accordingly. Communication with balance and poise and not let conversations swirl down into a 'tit for tat' and take the issue to heart.
Tell us about yourself.
My career has spanned over many different arms of the healthcare system which includes consulting, government, private sector. I'm currently working as a business manager to drive business activities for a for profit pediatric group. I Also run my own consulting and advisory firm. I am a healthcare business and digital specialist. my 12 month career roadmap looks like: Scaling the Paediatric business and bringing in more clients for my firm ( currently only 3 months old)
