What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

I often find myself lacking confidence in my daily work activities, particularly after receiving only negative feedback from management, which overshadows any positive contributions I make. This ongoing experience has led to feelings of imposter syndrome, making it difficult for me to effectively present my skills and achievement during interviews. Additionally, I am uncertain about which areas to focus on for my future career development—whether to enhance my hard skills, such as data analysis, or to improve my soft skills related to people management.

Tell us about yourself.

I'm 33 years old. I have a master degree in Economics from State University of Management, Russia. With over nine years of experience as a strategic and results-driven cargo revenue manager in the air freight industry. I act as deputy manager and lead the team of 4. I have developed a strong skill set, despite lacking formal education in airline management and not having completed a degree in English. My initial job provided me with valuable experience that facilitated my career abroad; however, I now find myself feeling professionally stagnant. To get upgrade here I'm competing now with people with better education and skillset (in my opinion).
