I’m looking for your support as a coach and advisor from the ground up. I haven’t yet developed the investor decks or go-to-market strategy, that’s where I’d need your expertise.
I need your coaching on:
Business setup, advising on registering the company (sp. z o.o.), setting up a bank account, and handling early-stage compliance. I’d like to get this done before I travel on August 9.
Pitch and strategy development, helping me build the investor decks, market entry strategy, and craft communication with the various incubators, advisors, and support programs I’ve contacted.
Go-to-market planning, structuring a clear plan for entering Poland’s modern trade, traditional retail, and HoReCa channels, based on your FMCG experience.
I’m available to meet at short notice, whether online or in person, I just want to move quickly so I’m fully prepared before I travel to Ghana and Trinidad to pitch this.
