I want to navigate the politics and personalities of our leadership team to get the results I want. Whether that be to help steer my new business development role to success while balancing contradicting expectations from others on the leadership team, or pushing senior leadership to abandon sacred cows in a tactful manner.

I have been in the working world for about 20 years overall and I have been at my company for about 8 years. I have a BS in mechanical engineering and an MBA. I am a relatively new minority owner at my company and the youngest member of the leadership team. I have lead a sales team for the past 7 years and am now moving to become my company's first business development role.
