What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I want to see improvement on making a career change. I have taken some steps to make this change already, getting a certification, applying to jobs, attempting to make connections, etc. I am losing motivation now from the lack of feedback and results. The certification is in UX/UI design, and it feels the field is inundated with applicants.
Tell us about yourself.
I am 36, and I was formerly a Park Ranger with South Carolina for 10 years. I held roles in maintenance, operations, and ultimately (the last 4 years) I was the Assistant Manager at a large park. I managed operations, maintenance, and personnel in this position.
