I’m a Customer Success Manager for a Cybersecurity startup company. I’m tasks with making sure our biggest customers see value in our products. This is a struggle at times because many of my customers don’t have the time or desire to meet with me regularly to discuss these topics. This is leading to some burnout that I’ve lost “it” and my persistent. I’ve been at this company for almost 4 years. I’m a senior on my team. Expected to work with our biggest customers. Seen as the gold standard in the role and successful. I’m 42. Married. 1 child
