What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

I’m looking for coaching to help me move into a career where I can use all my skills, abilities, gifts, and experiences to make a difference. Right now, I’m working as a grocery store assistant director, but my goal is to become a community resource expert, a policy influencer, and a public figure who shares real stories from the frontlines. The areas I want support in are ADHD, career growth, and executive leadership.

Tell us about yourself.

I’m at the stage where I’m considering a career change, but I’m not fully sure what I really want, which feels like the main thing holding me back. On a scale of clarity, I’d rate myself at about a 6 for knowing my next step. What I’m hoping to gain most from working with a coach is a clearer vision for my career. Right now, I’d rate my confidence in this area as a 4. If I were matched with the right coach, my priority over the next 90 days would be to understand myself more deeply, define my strengths and growth areas, review every possible job opportunity in Tacoma and Pierce County (or a bit further if needed), apply for those roles, and begin connecting with hiring managers.
