What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I feel like I’m doing “fine” on the surface, but I’m not truly fulfilled. Stress has been weighing on me, and I find it hard to stay motivated. I want to feel more clarity and direction instead of just going through the motions each day. Right now, I feel stuck and uncertain about what’s next for me.
Tell us about yourself.
In the next 90 days, I want to learn how to better deal with stress and find a greater sense of purpose. I’m ready to start soon and open to discussing how often sessions should be with a coach. My goal is to create momentum, build confidence, and begin moving forward with a clearer sense of motivation and fulfillment.
