I am transitioning into a senior leadership role and I need support developing a stronger executive presence. My biggest challenge is learning how to scale myself as a leader while managing new responsibilities. I feel somewhat confident in my leadership decisions, but I know my emotional intelligence is an area where I need growth and clarity.
