What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I feel like I keep getting overlooked for promotions, and I don’t know how to stand out in my organization. I want to strengthen my executive presence and learn how to present myself more effectively as a leader. I’m confident in my abilities but unsure how to position myself in a way that gets noticed and opens up opportunities.

In the next 90 days, I want to conduct an assessment of my strengths and weaknesses and work with a coach to develop a clear plan for growth. Meeting monthly feels like the right pace to reflect and take action between sessions. My goal is to gain tools that will help me advance, negotiate more effectively, and position myself for the career growth I’ve been aiming for.
