My main challenge right now is increasing productivity and sales, both personally and for my business. As I transition into a senior leadership role, I feel uncertain about how to scale myself effectively as a leader. Strategic planning feels like an area I need to improve, but I often lack clarity and confidence in my decisions. I know I need support to step into this role with focus and impact.
