What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
My daughter is 22 and really needs guidance. Therapy hasn’t worked since she moved here, and she’s struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She wants to do something meaningful but doesn’t know how to take the next steps.
In the next few months, the goal is for her to build positive habits, gain confidence, and start feeling like she has direction. She needs tools for handling life while also working on career, relationships, and her own growth.
