What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I’m currently in a C-level role but I feel like I’m ready for something different and I’m not sure what the right next step should be. Part of me wants to focus on professional development where I’m at, but another part feels pulled toward making a career change. It’s unsettling because I’ve worked hard to get here yet I can’t shake the feeling that I’m not fulfilled the way I thought I would be. I know I need guidance to figure out what direction actually makes sense for me.
