What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
We have a group of leaders in a community college, all at different points in their leadership journey, and we want to strengthen their ability to serve both internal staff and external students or partners. Right now I feel like there’s a gap in how consistent that service is, and it would help to have someone come in and really focus on the idea of “helping others.”
