What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I’ve been running my tax and accounting firm on my own for a little over a year now, and while I’m proud of what I’ve built, the internal processes are not where they need to be. Being a single owner means I’m juggling everything, and it often feels messy and overwhelming. I know the business has room to grow, but without stronger systems in place, I’m worried I’ll just keep running in circles. I want help creating more structure so things can run smoother and free me up to focus on clients instead of just managing chaos.
