What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I’ve been running my healthcare business for a little over a year now, and while I’ve worked with coaching support before, I still feel like there are too many gaps slowing growth. Marketing hasn’t given the kind of return I was expecting, and sales and lead generation need to be stronger. On top of that, operations feel clunky and heavier than they should, like I’m missing systems that could make things smoother. With mental health professionals being part of this work, I want the business to grow the right way, but I know I need more structure, planning, and accountability to get there.
