What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

I’m seeking relationship coaching because I’m three years out from a 30 year marriage and I still feel like I’m piecing myself back together, learning how to be with people and with myself without all the old patterns running the show. I wrote that I want help overcoming trauma and being a better person, and that’s the truth, even if the word “trauma” is big and a little scary to say out loud.
