The Centre for CoRE Coaching exists to provide highest quality coach training programme to individuals and to manage culture change at all levels of an organization. We do this through a combination of coaching, coach training, training of internal coaches and leadership in Africa and Globally.

CCC have an experienced faculty, and a significant number of coaches trained to the highest global professional standards.

We equip our students with the core coaching skills, competencies and required code of ethics stipulated by the International Coach Federation (ICF), to effectively coach others.

Our training is rooted in several years of research in various disciplines including Psychology, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Consciousness and Neuro-Science. It provides broad-based knowledge essential for coaches who want to understand how to change cognitive patterns, emotions, behaviour and energy from the core in order to help clients unlock their potentials and achieve success.

We prepare our students with all they need to become certified professional coaches, make a difference and succeed using powerful coaching skills.
