We see coaching as a pathway to enable achievement of goals, or to facilitate positive and lasting change.

We are the first coach training college in Ireland to have received the prestigious Quality Assurance Award from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the ACSTH (ICF). The European Coaching Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management have also endorsed our programmes. Our programmes also include the QQI Level 6 Minor Award – Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics (6N2925).
