On paper MOE is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).

In the hearts and minds of the people we work with it is an ever-growing community of positive change makers. We deeply believe that everyone has the ability to make a difference. That’s why we teach profound personal leadership tools and coaching methods in all our different programmes. Our aim is to help people unleash their full potential. Since 2012 we’ve gifted over £3.0 million worth of development and support and have over 1100 MOE certified coaches.

Now we are turning our attention to our dream to positively support 1 million people across the world.
