Refund Policy for Noomii's One-Year Plan
Noomii offers a 100% refund on its one-year paid membership for coaches who wish to be listed on its high traffic coach directory. If, after one year of service, payments received from clients who hire you via Noomii do not match the amount paid for your one year service, we will refund 100% of your original payment.
In order to qualify for the refund, you MUST:
Record an audio interview with a Noomii representative within the first two months of upgrading (this audio recording is not to be confused with the call you may schedule with a Noomii representative to join the Referral Program).
Complete your free trial of Noomii Sales Academy within 6 months of upgrading to a paid Noomii membership.
Complete an online survey after the sixth month from the start of your one year of service, and before the end of the seventh month of service. The survey will contain questions about how many clients have hired you through the Noomii service and how much revenue you have received from them. You will be notified via email at the end of the sixth month with a link to complete the survey.
Contact Noomii within 30 days AFTER your 1 year subscription ends.
Noomii's 100% refund only applies to the one-year payment plan (normally $397 per year). Any additional services purchased from Noomii are NOT covered by this policy, and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Noomii's 100% refund can be claimed only once per lifetime per coach. If you obtain a refund and sign up for additional services, the additional services are not subject to a refund.
