About Me

A Consultant, Business Strategist and Investor with expertise in scaling businesses through acquisitions as well as transformation, turnaround and increasing business value across multiple international sectors, by delivering scaled organizations even where there is limited capital available. Raoul is also a Published Author and Public Speaker.

Raoul is a consummate investor and business advisor. From his very humble beginnings in Jamaica, he has risen to advise companies ranging from SMEs and Conglomerates to Fortune 500. He has worked with governments to attract FDI, as well as Private Equity to fund and close a variety of investment deals.

Raoul has always had a passion for business which led him to start his first business venture at the age of 13. Since then, he has founded several companies, acquired numerous others, and continues to teach companies how grow their top line, using strategic acquisitions.

In addition Raoul is also a published author. He is passionate about knowledge transfer and lives by the personal motto ‘I am always learning’. His hobbies include, traveling, singing and physical fitness.

He holds a BA from York University, a graduate Diploma from the University of Liverpool United Kingdom.
