About Me

I help people discover and achieve what they're capable of. It's a question I ask myself every day and one I ask my clients every time we talk. Together we push past limiting beliefs, failure, and other limitations to achieve our goals, dreams, and desires.

As an entrepreneur and business owner for the past 20 years, the one thing that changed my life more than anything else has been one question. What am I capable of? And asking my clients, what are you capable of? That question has taken me and my clients to new heights in our lives, relationships, and businesses. And brought levels of personal, relational, and financial health we didn't believe was possible.

My coaching framework follows what I call the Positive Energy Cycle. It's not a mystical energy, but a real tangible energy that increases with the right and right amount of inputs (fuel), outputs (practices), outcomes (rewards), and resets (rest). That cycle is repeated over and over until mastery is reached.

In my coaching program, we set dreams, goals, and benchmarks and create daily, weekly, and monthly disciplines and practices that we know will lead to success. This is a process I use with myself, my spouse, and my clients to achieve extraordinary success.

It has personally changed my physical health, marriage, and financial well-being. In addition, it has improved my mental health, friendships, and business. I have shared this process with hundreds of others with extraordinary success and feedback. And I look forward to sharing it with you.
