About Me

Aaron Keith Hawkins challenges the traditional idea that leadership is a skillset separate from our personal lives. His coaching (and keynote speaking) is driven by the belief that the elements of outstanding leadership are the exact same elements that result in an outstanding life.

Aaron merges his 30 years of real-world leadership experience with a cutting-edge knowledge of personal development into his coaching practice. His success in the front lines of supervision and the executive suite are mirrored in his decades of marriage and devotion to his family and personal life.

Aaron's formal education includes a Master's Degree in Administrative Leadership with an emphasis in professional coaching. He is a retired Law Enforcement Captain who served as a decorated Division Commander and FBI National Academy graduate who has spent decades collaborating with national and global leaders.

Since his retirement from law enforcement, he has served in multiple leadership roles to include Fortune 500 companies. Aaron is a full-time coach and keynote speaker who condenses the most important leadership and life lessons he's learned into powerful thought processes, actionable principles, and memorable frameworks.

Aaron considers himself a lifetime student, and curates the latest research on leadership and personal performance to share with his clients and audiences. He believes the greatest gift we can give someone is the clarity and inspiration to transform their life by becoming something new.
