I’m Abbi Schluckbier, LMSW, CAADC, EMDR-trained therapist, coach, and founder of Vibrant Mind and Limits Redefines. I specialize in helping fellow therapists and high-achieving individuals, especially those living with chronic illness or experiencing deep burnout, rediscover clarity, reclaim energy, and rebuild a life that actually feels good again.

With over 15 years of experience in mental health and addiction counseling, I’ve walked the path of burnout, grief, and chronic illness myself. I know how exhausting it can be to hold space for others while your own body or boundaries are falling apart. That lived experience fuels my coaching approach, which blends compassionate accountability, practical strategy, and a deep respect for your nervous system and capacity.

My clients are typically high-achieving helpers who are ready for change but feel stuck, mentally, emotionally, or physically.
