About Me

I am an experienced life and leadership coach. I am very passionate about working with people who really want to make a progressive change to their life. Coaching and facilitating programs have been my tools to help me with this. I have worked with many individuals and corporates in this capacity of being a change agent.

I come from a corporate banking background and with the practice of Mindfulness / Buddhist studies I have been able to look at life very differently. I see myself doing the correct balance between everything and live a life of meaning. I call this Lifefulness, Living with Inner Focus and Evolving with Fulness. I have authored a book on this. The more we connect with our inner selves, the more we are able to see everything around us with awareness. In every coaching conversation this has been so handy.

My contribution to you would be to help you uncover areas of barriers, handling emotions, creating impactful actions steps and also sustaining growth. Also to look at life differently.

Another passionate work for me is work with children. While we coach adults we can see the impact of their childhood carried forward throughout the life. This gave me the thought process to work with children and parents to make a lifeful life for them as an adult. I believe this adds to my purpose of existence to be able to bring out a mindful generation too.

I am a speaker too and have rendered many motivational speeches in many forums.
