About Me

Hey guys, I'm Adam.

I come from the teachings of being real! By this I mean, my philosophy is very simple, I just like getting to know the person on the other end of the phone/email/room. I'm a people person, I love getting to know what makes us tick, what drives us, what stops us achieving things we want, these are often conversations I have with clients, friends or family.

What is it you are really looking for? What is you want to achieve?
The desired outcome of your goal being achieved would be happiness right? Check below for a few examples of what I mean:

1. I want a new career > Why? To be more aligned with my values = Happiness
2. I want more confidence to be able to do more things, improve my social skills, improve my next presentation = Happiness
3. I want more money > Why? To feel more secure, so I more time for holidays = Happiness

So no matter what the goal is happiness will underpin it.

With this is mind, of course it is great to achieve that next big career break and of course it is great to feel super confident, but doesn't it make sense to be at least truly happy first? True happiness, not this momentary pleasure(which is never long lasting) we trick ourselves with. This is the trap most of us fall in too, the search for happiness in goals and outcomes.

My process is informal, relaxed and upbeat, humour is a must :)

For the past 9 years I have worked in a global organisation within Learning and Development. Starting from entry position I progressed through the business working up to the last job I had there which was head of L&D. I have been trained professionally within NLP, Coaching and Training. I have been coached for the past 6 years by the one of the UKs leading NLP Master Trainers, he is also a mentor of mine. He has taught me more than NLP and often I thank him for the realisation of self he pointed me to.
