About Me

Hi,
I support clients by using coaching tools, engaging in conversations, and building honest and reliable relationships between myself as a coach and my clients as coachees.
I have 20 years of experience running a small family business (approximately 20 employees) and about 8 years of experience in the corporate world. I have participated in hundreds of hours of self-training, psychotherapy processes, and self-awareness skill development.
Additionally, I am under the supervision of an ICF Supervisor to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the coaching process.
