About Me

Adam Curtis has honed his skills as a coach through decades of experience in small independent private schools and now brings his dynamism, intuition, and care to ADHD individuals of all ages. As an ADHD individual himself, Adam is intimately acquainted with the peaks and valleys of living with ADHD in modernity.

My coaching is rooted in you, the client, and whatever you need at any given moment. If that’s listening, I listen, if that’s teaching, I teach. I believe that authenticity and strength of the relationship is the number one key to success in coaching. I love this work and enjoy it immensely. I believe that you will too, even in the most challenging moments. The coaching process goes where you need it to go and, from that perspective, what’s different about me is nowhere near as important as what’s unique and interesting about you.

My success as a coach largely stems from two factors: my belief in the necessity of this work and my emphasis on staying true to yourself.
