About Me

Life is full of transitions—moments that challenge us to adapt, grow, and redefine ourselves. My journey has been shaped by navigating significant transitions and helping others do the same. With over 20 years of service as an Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) superintendent, I developed the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to rapidly changing environments, and lead diverse teams in high-stakes situations. These experiences laid the foundation for my passion: guiding others through life’s pivotal moments.

After retiring from the military, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am now a PsyD candidate, deepening my understanding of human behavior and resilience. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-credentialed coach, I combine evidence-based practices, strategic thinking, and empathy to help my clients navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence.
