About Me

Adger has over 20 years’ experience in performing servant leadership roles and change management in business operation, account management and IT.
He is an ICF ACC certified and organisational relationship systems coach. Adger helps leaders and small business owners to navigate through their change challenges and transformation and maximize their potential
He loves coaching people to (re)discover their talents and passion so that they can make conscious choices and enjoy a sustainable successful & balanced life. It is his mission and intention to help people discover and experience the best and happiest versions of themselves and life.
He also guides multinational organisations in their journey of culture change & seeking agility. Furthermore, he enjoys working with teams on topics like team effectiveness and self-organizing.
Special areas are leadership development, Agility and Mental Health. He has deep expertise in high performing self-organising teams and is IT-savvy.
He is striving for organisations with inspired employees full of passion, and loyal customers. Topics are about career change, gaining clarity around goals and achieving them, communicate effectively with their team(s) and stakeholders or achieve balance in work and life.

The mindset behind Adger’ mission is courage, a positive view and people-oriented. He stands for honesty, trust and collaboration. He loves doing his daily routine of Tai Chi and morning walks. During the weekends, enjoys being in nature and spending time with his dear family.
