About Me

A Socratic Leadership Skills developer and an instructional designer, Aditi is an ICF Certified Coach, certified with Erickson Coaching International by Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, a direct student of Milton Erickson, the great hypnotherapist.
A keen and curious observer of human behaviour, Aditi is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) by School of Excellence run by direct trainees of John Grinder and Richard Bandler, the founders of NLP.
She is the founder of Skills Infinitum, a people development organization that facilitates skill development of individuals and organizations through coaching, in person interventions and e-learning. She coaches corporate leaders as well as changemakers from various NGOs. Aditi also serves on the Leadership board of the ICF Delhi NCR Chapter as the Director for Communication and Marketing, managing the chapter’s social media presence, communication and publications. She is the editor of the chapter’s communique Going Beyond and is currently serving her second term at the Chapter.
For the past 17 years, Aditi has worked with individuals and teams at all levels, facilitating learning and coaching at organizations and NGOs like CME India, IBM Daksh, Carphone Warehouse, Sarvahitey, Evalueserve, Genesis Burson Marsteller, Erickson Coaching International (India) and Inspire Coaching Systems to name a few.
She has also been a speaker/panellist at various events at ICF Delhi NCR Chapter, NHRD (India) and Mindfulness Leadership Summit, India.
Using instructional design learning theories and techniques that she learnt in the postgraduate program from Symbiosis, Pune she has designed and executed need-based Small Group programs and Large Group Interventions in Communication, Assertiveness, Feedback, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Time Management, Change Management, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Transactional Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Client Management and Team Integ
