I had worked with a coach before Adrian and thought I understood how coaching worked. I came into our sessions convinced I already knew what my main issues were. What surprised me was realizing that the things I thought were the problem were mostly symptoms of something deeper that I had not been aware of at all. Working with Adrian helped me to get to the bottom of this. Total game changer for me! I genuinely got more out of this process than I expected and love Adrian's approach!

I was in a dark period of my life after losing a job Id had for almost 10 years and going through a divorce. I felt stuck, without direction, and paralyzed about what to do next. What impressed me about Adrian was how clear he was from the start that he wouldnt do therapy or dwell on the past, but would help me explore how to move forward. His intellect and questioning are sharp, and he pushed me to really confront myself, which wasnt easy but was exactly what helped me. Through that process, I realized what had been keeping me stuck, actually learned what my real passion was and started building a new career direction around it. I was also finally able to start dating again, something I couldnt do before because I was still too emotionally tied to my ex-wife.
