About Me

As a systemic career coach, I believe that meaningful change starts with awareness—of your strengths, values, patterns, and potential. My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, structure, and evidence-based tools that help clients gain clarity and take confident steps toward their professional goals.

I work with professionals and leaders—especially women—who are navigating transitions, seeking purpose in their careers, or striving to lead with authenticity and resilience. My process is collaborative and tailored: together, we explore what truly drives you, uncover hidden barriers, and co-create strategies that feel aligned and empowering.

I'm certified as a Systemic Career Coach by Kröber Kommunikation and as a LINC Personality Profiler Coach and Trainer. I also bring the mindset and methods of a Design Thinking Practitioner and Co-Creator (IBM), which allow me to guide clients through creative problem-solving and user-centered career design. My training as a Scrum Master and MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) Practitioner deepens my ability to support clients in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where emotional intelligence and adaptability are key. I hold an MBA, which further informs my understanding of strategic thinking, leadership, and organizational dynamics.

Before coaching, I spent over 20 years as an HR Director in international companies. I’ve sat on both sides of the interview table, managed teams, and supported countless professionals through development conversations, conflict resolution, and leadership challenges. These experiences shape my coaching style—realistic, insightful, and action-oriented.
