You stop looking outside yourself for certainty and begin trusting your own ability to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

This isn't about positive thinking or temporary motivation. It's about changing the quality of your thinking. Better decisions, stronger relationships, greater resilience, and more authentic leadership naturally follow.

Before becoming a coach, I built a 15-year international career in fintech, leading teams across Europe and driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced, complex organisations. That experience gives me a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face, while my work as a Life Coach enables me to support people through uncertainty, self-doubt, and personal growth.

I hold an Executive MBA from BI Norwegian Business School, an MSc in Financial & Business Management from Kingston University London, and I am an ICF ACC certified Executive and Life Coach. I am also a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Certified OKR Coach.
