About Me
Most leaders don't need more leadership skills or another management course. They need a quieter mind, clearer thinking and the confidence to trust their own judgement.
That's the shift I help my clients create.
Whether you come to me for Executive Coaching or Life Coaching, my work begins by helping you quiet the mental and emotional noise that keeps you stuck in overthinking, pressure and self-doubt. As your mind becomes calmer, something important happens: you reconnect with your own strengths, judgement and inner resources. You stop looking outside yourself for certainty and begin trusting your own ability to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
This isn't about positive thinking or temporary motivation. It's about changing the quality of your thinking. Clients often tell me they leave our conversations feeling calmer, more capable, and able to see opportunities, solutions and perspectives that previously felt out of reach. Better decisions, stronger relationships, greater resilience and more authentic leadership naturally follow.
Before becoming a coach, I built a 15-year international career in fintech, leading teams across Europe and driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced, complex organisations. That experience gives me a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face, while my work as a Life Coach enables me to support people through uncertainty, self-doubt and personal growth.
I hold an Executive MBA from BI Norwegian Business School, an MSc in Financial & Business Management from Kingston University London, and I am an ICF ACC certified Executive and Life Coach. I am also a Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and a Certified OKR Coach.
My clients don't leave coaching with more answers. They leave with something far more valuable: a quieter mind, greater confidence in themselves, and the ability to think, decide and lead from a place that feels genuinely their own.
