Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 15 years leading humanitarian and development programs across the middle east, managing large teams, multimillion-dollar portfolios, and navigating the complexity of real-world leadership under pressure. Those experiences shaped my coaching philosophy: growth happens when we pause, reflect, and design our next step with intention.

As a certified Professional Life Coach, specialized in Performance and Leadership Coaching, and a certified member of the Project Management Professional (PMI), I combine structured thinking with empathy and insight. My approach blends strategy with humanity, helping professionals, leaders, and graduates move from confusion to confidence, from reaction to purpose.
