About Me

Ais is the Co Founder of Noble Sky Group of Companies. She is responsible and accountable for the company's overall strategic direction, priorities and the performance of investment project. Ais brings with her experience as a real estate negotiator and professional training in South East Asia.

Ais also holds a Real Estate license in Singapore. Her primary focus was on advising and working closely with the firm’s partners to evaluate new investment opportunities and to motivate the sales team.

Previously, Ais was the CEO with a Sales Excellence Institute with the training experience and core competence in the areas of peak performance, entrepreneurship, and business.

For more than 20 years, Ais served in key leadership roles in imparting knowledge, to train for optimal living to enrich the lives of teens, young adults and Executives–from schools to corporate and events around the world. Ais regularly travels to the US for real estate deals and also for coaching sessions. She holds online coaching sessions for companies and individuals who wants to hit their top potential.

As the mentee of Brandon Burchard, Bo Eason, Tony Robbins, Leroy Frank Ratnam, Roger Love, Charlene Johnson and Dr. Azizan Osman, she aspires to be a world-class speaker and imparts her knowledge.

She lives in Singapore City, Singapore and regularly travels to the US nearly monthly and in South East Asia. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
