About Me

Aiyaz Uddin grew up in Hyderabad, Telangana, he has a master’s degree in business administration from Osmania University with finance and marketing as a specialization and is a founder of TheStaffingCircle.

He started his career in the outsourcing industry in 2010, soon after the great recession, and has worked for different recruitment process outsourcing agencies based in Virginia, Texas & New York including state, federal, and commercial clients within information technology, engineering, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, and BFSI domains. His wide exposure in his career gave him a lot of opportunities and learning from agency business and development perspective including that of internal hiring, outsourcing management, team management, market research, stakeholder & enterprise accounts management, strategic initiatives, employer branding, vendor management, recruitment marketing, and external corporate affairs management.

Today, Mr. Aiyaz Uddin is a speaker, author, transformational coach, career analyst, NLP & law of attraction practitioner, open-source intelligence analyst, international researcher, staffing start-ups mentor, project management professional, and consultant to many startups, entrepreneurs, students, and professionals.
