Truly, truly thank you so much! You've really transformed my life. I feel honored to be able to know you and to work with you. I just feel like I've come so far in the last six months. Five years ago I never would have thought I would be in this position. I never thought I would have come this far and I feel like you really helped accelerate my growth throughout all of this. When I came to you for coaching, I was lost in the weeds. I could manage, but getting to the next level of leadership was a real struggle. I wasn't sure coaching would help. It seemed like a lot of money for not a lot of time. But working with you was the most efficient way of developing executive thinking and executive presence that I've ever found. The amount of progress I made in just in one quarter was significant enough that my executive peers noticed and we made real changes to the org because of it. Not every coach has the experience of being a technology executive, and your experience there was critical for me, but you also didn't try to force your ideas into my context because what works at one scale or in one industry doesn't necessarily work everywhere. Your willingness and flexibility to work with me, switching between coaching and mentoring based on what I was asking for, and not pushing me one way or the other, was incredibly valuable.
